School Day

At the start of the day gates will open at 8:30AM. There will be a member of staff on gate duty to welcome the children and support them as they enter. The playgrounds have staff on duty to supervise children whilst they wait to enter classrooms. If you have a message for a teacher, please call into the office or telephone/email the school office.

The gates will close at 8:50AM when registration begins. The external doors and gates are then locked and children arriving after that time need to access the school through our school office entrance. The registers will close at 8:55AM.

Any child arriving after this time is logged on the register as late (L code).  If your child arrives after 9.15AM then they are logged on the register as unauthorised late (U Code) and this will reflect poorly on their overall attendance record.

The school day finishes at 3.15PM. Gates open at 3.05PM for parents/carers to line up on the playground and wait for children to be released from classrooms. Children will be released to parents/carers and named people on the child's collection list. Collection lists can be edited by contacting the school office. Children in Year 5 and 6 who have signed free walker permission from parent/carer can leave school independently at 3.15PM.
